Body Shred

Body Shred utilizes a 3-2-1 interval system that combines strength training, cardio and abs to blast through calories! This method creates the after-burn effect that we all look to achieve in a quick 30-minute workout! Burn 500+ Calories in only 30 minutes!

Group Power

 Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight-training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises.

Steps

Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout that delivers results. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.

Bolly X

 BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Barre

 A workout that combines the best of ballet barre and pilates functional training and stretching. With a variety of modifications and levels, achieve your goals while having a great time.

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. The music drives every squat, every lunge, every burpee, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Yoga

 An amazing fused class combining Yin + Vinyasa. This class that will help you find balance in body and mind. Be prepared to leave the room stress-free.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Fit is a modern fitness yoga class that intertwines fitness moves with basic yoga postures. This is all conducted with flowing sequences that lead to relaxing stretches with roughly 5-10 minutes of rest! Burn 150+ calories while finding your inner peace!

Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Spin

The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold. With motivational music and effective coach-led HIIT-style programming, this high-energy and fully immersive class drives you to get the most out of each workout. Newcomers to spin are always welcome!

We have a number of specialty classes including Boxing, MMA, Self Defence, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing (and some classes just for kids!)

Cross Fit / Bootcamp

It’s time to change up your routine and your scenery with both in-gym and outdoor bootcamp classes. bootcamp offers a full-body, large group training workout led by a Certified Gold’s Gym Coach and geared for all fitness levels.
